Georgiana Boss

Georgiana Boss graduated from the University of Michigan cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts. She then graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School in 2012. Her passion for trial advocacy began when she interned at the Detroit Public Defender’s Office while in law school.

After graduating, the same passion to fight for the underdog led her to seek a position in Florida with the Broward County Public Defender’s office. While there, she faithfully represented clients at various hearings and in trials. Ms. Boss first-chaired over 30 jury trials including 1st-degree felonies. For her successes, she was recognized by the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, who awarded her “Hat Trick” awards for winning three consecutive trials in 2013 and 2014. She was also named a “Top Litigator.”

In 2017, Ms. Boss relocated to New York and entered private practice representing doctors, hospitals, and facilities in medical malpractice matters. She successfully argued and won motions under New York’s Public Health Law in multiple courts throughout New York City. Her strong passion for advocacy led to her entrance into the mass tort/product liability arena where she represented hundreds of clients throughout the country who were harmed as a result of defective products and pharmaceuticals. Her tireless work in mass tort and multidistrict litigations was recognized by Super Lawyers, who selected her in October 2021 as a “Rising Star” in Metro New York.

Ms. Boss is honored to return to South Florida and apply her litigation skills in aggressively representing clients at all stages of litigation and even against insurmountable odds.

She is licensed in Florida and New York.
